Transcript: 
NATASHA: What time is it? We’re going to be late!
TONY: It’s a quarter after seven. We’re on time. Don’t panic.
NATASHA: But I thought we had to be at the restaurant by 7:30 for the surprise party. We’ll never make it there with all this evening traffic.
TONY: Sure we will. Rush hour is almost over. Anyway, the party starts at 8:00. But I do need help with directions. Can you call the restaurant and ask them where we park our car?

Hoy vamos a explorar la rica historia y la importancia cultural de este famoso producto. Para aquellos que están aprendiendo español, no se preocupen, voy a hablar despacio y usaré palabras simples, además al final de cada sección explicaré algunas definiciones en inglés. ¡Comencemos!
Primero, hablemos sobre qué es el café colombiano. Colombia es famosa por producir uno de los mejores cafés del mundo. El café colombiano se cultiva en las montañas del país, donde el clima es perfecto para su crecimiento. Este café es conocido por su sabor suave y aroma increíble.
El café no es solo una bebida en Colombia, ¡es una parte importante de la cultura! Las familias colombianas a menudo se reúnen para tomar café y hablar. También es una fuente importante de empleo en Colombia, dando trabajo a muchas personas.
Ahora, hablemos sobre cómo se cultiva y produce el café. Los caficultores colombianos son expertos en este arte. Recolectan los granos de café cuando están maduros y luego los tuestan para realzar su sabor. Esto hace que el café colombiano sea tan especial.
Para disfrutar del café colombiano, solo necesitas agua caliente y un filtro. Coloca el café en el filtro, vierte agua caliente y ¡listo! Muchas personas le agregan azúcar o crema, yo prefiero tomarlo sin eso para poder percibir bien su sabor.

Hi everyone, and welcome back to Everyday English. Today’s episode is about personality. Are you more of an extrovert or an introvert? Or maybe you’re somewhere in between? Let’s find out!
Extroverts love socializing, meeting new people, and feel energized in busy environments. They enjoy group activities, thrive in social situations, and often express their thoughts openly. If you love parties, speaking in front of a crowd, and you make new friends easily, you might be an extrovert!
Introverts, on the other hand, prefer quiet time, deep conversations, and need space to recharge after socializing. They often enjoy reading, writing, or creative hobbies alone. If you feel drained after large social events and enjoy spending time in peaceful settings, you might be an introvert.
But here’s a fun fact—many people aren’t fully one or the other! Ambiverts have a mix of both traits. They can enjoy social events but also need alone time to recharge. If you like going out sometimes but also love staying home, you might be an ambivert! 
I think I’m more of an introvert—I love spending time in my garden and with my cats. What about you? Do you relate more to introverts or extroverts? Or are you somewhere in between?

People who spend a lot of time sitting down might reduce their health risks by drinking coffee, a new study suggests.

Researchers from China wanted to look at the health effects of coffee drinking and time spent sitting.

They looked at health data for nearly 11,000 people in the US and followed them for up to 13 years.

During the period of the study, 945 people died, including 284 from heart disease.

The research team found that people who sat for over eight hours a day were almost 50% more likely to die from all causes, and nearly 80% more likely to die from heart disease.

That's compared to people who sat for fewer than four hours per day.

Sitting for a long time has been linked to increased risks of diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity and more.

The researchers also found that people who drank the most coffee — three or more cups per day — reduced their risk of death from all causes by over 30% compared to those who drank no coffee. And they were more than 50% less likely to die from heart disease.

And drinking coffee even seemed to protect people from the health risks of sitting down: coffee drinkers could sit for more than six hours a day and still have about the same risk of death as non-coffee drinkers who sat for less than six hours.

However, the researchers said they didn't look at the effects of different types of coffee on our health, so they couldn't be sure which type was best.

They wrote that more research would be needed on this "miracle" drink.
