I hope that journaling will help me stop wasting time scrolling on social mediate and media in general. Journaling is basically just writing stuff on paper. You could write about anything and it it doesn't even have to make sense. The important thing is to start writing and a little every day and do this consistently. We use it to explain something~
Names, jobs, or the name of an object~
When you talk to someone, it’s used!

"I am a student." is "나는 학생이에요"~
