1) Translate new words using a dictionary:

2) Listen to the dialogue and try to answer the questions: 

¿De dónde son los chicos?
¿En qué trabaja el chico de Alcalá de Henares?
¿En qué trabaja la otra chica?
¿Tienen hijos?
¿Y tú? ¿En qué trabajas? ¿Te gusta tu profesión?

3) Read the dialogue and find the answers to the questions that caused you difficulty:

–        ¡Cuánta gente! La cola va muy lenta…
–        Ya.
–        Soy de Toledo, mi autobús sale a las 16.00. Voy a llegar tarde.
–        Yo vivo más cerca. Soy de Alcalá de Henares. Pero tengo mucho trabajo para hoy.
–        ¿Dónde trabajas?
–        Aquí, en Madrid. Trabajo en un hospital. Soy enfermero. Y tú, ¿En qué trabajas?

吉川「どうぞ、お入りください。」

陳「失礼いたします。陳公明と申します。本日はよろしくお願いいたします。」

吉川「こちらこそ、本日は弊社の面接にお越しいただきありがとうございます。どうぞお掛けください。」

陳「失礼します。よろしくお願いいたします。」



吉川「では、最初に簡単に自己紹介をお願いできますか。」

陳「はい。私は中国・上海出身で、大学では情報工学を専攻しました。
卒業後、日本の日系企業にてシステムエンジニアとして勤務し、今年で３年目になります。
主に社内システムの運用保守、データベース管理、また一部Webアプリの改修などを担当してまいりました。」

吉川「ありがとうございます。日本語も非常にお上手ですね。N1をお持ちだとうかがいました。」

陳「はい。日本で働くうえで、業務上のコミュニケーションを円滑にするために取得しました。
最近では、日本語でのミーティングやドキュメント作成も問題なく行えるようになりました。」

吉川「素晴らしいですね。」



吉川「弊社はエンタテインメント業界に特化したWebシステムや配信関連ツールの開発を行っています。
AWSやフロントエンド技術などのご経験について教えていただけますか。」

陳「はい。AWSについては、前職でEC2やRDSの運用、簡単なネットワーク設定を行っていました。
また、最近は個人的にLambdaを用いた小規模な自動化にも取り組んでいます。
フロントエンドでは、ReactやTypeScriptを用いたコンポーネント開発の経験があります。」

吉川「おお、Reactまで触っているのですね。弊社ではライブ配信ページやアーティストサイトも多いため、
その経験は大きな強みになりますよ。」

陳「ありがとうございます。」




吉川「弊社はアーティストの公式サイト管理やファンクラブシステム、オンライン販売など多岐にわたりますが、
エンタメ業界で働くうえで意識していることはありますか。」

陳「はい。エンターテインメントは、ユーザーの期待値が非常に高い分野だと感じています。
そのため、安定性とユーザー体験の両方を高いレベルで実現することが重要だと思います。
たとえば、アクセス集中時の負荷対策や、直感的で分かりやすいUIなど、
“楽しさ”を損なわない設計を意識しています。」

吉川「非常に的確ですね。さすが経験のあるエンジニアだと感じます。」





吉川「今回の募集では、日本語と中国語のバイリンガル人材を求めています。
中国語が必要な業務が増えているためです。
実務で両言語を使うことについて、どのように感じていますか。」

陳「はい。中国語は母語ですので、ユーザーサポートや中国向けコンテンツの翻訳、
また、中国企業との技術的な調整なども円滑に進められると思います。
日本語と中国語の両方を活かせる環境は、私にとって非常に魅力的です。」

吉川「心強いご意見です。」





吉川「ところで、履歴書に“ライブ鑑賞”とありましたね。
弊社もアーティスト関連の業務が多いのですが、どんな音楽がお好きですか。」

陳（少し笑顔になりながら）
「はい。日本のロックバンドが好きで、週末はよくライブハウスに行きます。
ライブの熱量を直接感じられるところが、何よりの魅力です。」

吉川「いいですねぇ。実は私もロックバンド好きでしてね。
業務が忙しくても、音楽の話ができると気持ちがほぐれます。」

陳「そうですね。共通の趣味がある職場だと、コミュニケーションも自然と円滑になりますね。」


 最終質問：キャリアビジョン

吉川「では最後に、弊社でどのようなことを実現したいか、教えていただけますか。」

陳「はい。私は、技術を通してユーザーに“驚き”や“楽しさ”を提供する仕組みを作りたいと思っています。
また、日本語と中国語の両方を活かして、海外ユーザー向けのサービス強化にも貢献したいです。
エンターテインメントは国境を越える力がありますので、
その一端を担えるエンジニアになりたいと考えています。」

吉川「とても前向きで、弊社の方向性とも合っています。本日の面接は以上となります。
結果は後日ご連絡いたします。」

陳「本日は貴重なお時間をいただき、ありがとうございました。」
