中高生のとき、イタリアのことを　たくさん　教科書で　見ました。コロッセオ、ボッティチェリのえを。サンタルチアの歌も　歌いました。それで、ずっと　思っていました。
「いつか　イタリアに　行きたいなぁ」って。

２４歳のとき、初めて　イタリアに　行きました。教科書で　見たものが　たくさんありました。でも、日本には　ない　野菜の　匂いや味、街の音、人の声、空気、色々なことを　肌で　感じて、イタリアが　大好きになりました。

旅の最後に、フィレンツェの　きれいな広場に　行って、夕日を　見ながら、願いました。「またここに戻ってくることができますように！」って。いま　イタリアに　住んでいますよ。

考えたことを強調して言うために、倒置法（とうちほう）を使います。
Use inversion method to emphasize what you have thought about.

れい１）「いつか　イタリアに　いってみたいなぁ」って　ずっと　おもっていました。
　　　⇒ずっと　おもっていました。「いつか　イタリアに　いってみたいなぁ」って。

れい２）ゆうひを　みながら、
　　　「またここにもどってくることができますように！」と　ねがいました。
　　　⇒ゆうひを　みながら、ねがいました。

１）「早く　日本に　いきたいなぁ」って　ずっと　おもっていますよ。

NOTE
とうちほう（倒置法）
The inversion method is a technique for expressing sentences. You can make an impact by using expressions that change the word order of ordinary sentences. You can also use this technique when you want to emphasize what you are thinking.
