RESTARE IN FORMA: perché dopo una certa età... sono cavoli amari!

In questo episodio parliamo di un argomento che riguarda moltissime donne: il rapporto con il nostro corpo, il peso e l'alimentazione.

Restare in forma non significa inseguire la perfezione o vivere a dieta, ma capire che, soprattutto con il passare degli anni, il nostro corpo cambia e dobbiamo imparare a prendercene cura.

Parleremo di alimentazione, metabolismo, movimento e di quelle piccole abitudini che spesso sottovalutiamo. Perché diciamocelo: mangiare senza pensarci troppo oggi potrebbe presentarci il conto domani.

E allora sì, ogni tanto bisogna fare attenzione a quello che mettiamo nel piatto... perché altrimenti sono davvero cavoli amari!

おはようございます。日本語だんだんポットキャストのゆかりです。

私はいま日本を出て、

海外旅行(かいがいりょこう)をしています。

きのうは、トラブルがありました。

なんと、カフェでかばんを盗(ぬす)まれました。

盗まれる、つまり誰(だれ)かがかばんをもっていきました。

私の夫(おっと)のかばんが、なくなりました。

かばんの中には、カメラがはいっていました。

この旅行のために、買ったカメラです。

とても残念(ざんねん)です。

さいふやパスポートは、入っていませんでした。

スマホも大丈夫(だいじょうぶ)でした。

でも大切(たいせつ)なカメラとかばんが••。

盗まれたことに気づいて、警察(けいさつ)に行きました。

とても時間(じかん)がかかりました。

でも、警察の人は親切(しんせつ)で、元気になりました。

「私のさいふが盗まれました。」
「私のかばんがありません。たぶん盗れましれまた。」

といいます。

日本で、このフレーズをみなさんがつかうことがないことをねがっています。

では、今日も最後まで聞いてくれて、だんだんです。

また明日。
