Here in Ecuador there are not many options. If you need to go out of the city, the best option will be taking the interprovincial bus, it will take you about 2 hours to get to the nearest place and 10 hours to get to the furthest one, it's not a big country, is it? But if you go out of the country the only option is the airplane, because we don't have trains to travel around the continent. You also can use your own car if you have one to travel in Ecuador, it's a beautiful place. :)
