"I love the way she dressed today" - past simple so the action/time described is finished. You might say this to someone late at night after the day is finished. "I love the way she WAS dressed today" is more natural. "I love the way she IS dressed (today)" - present simple (passive voice) so the action/ time is not finished. Maybe it is the middle of the day. She is still wearing the clothes. 'Today' is optional. "I love the way she dresses" - present simple so you love her clothes every day generally. You can't use 'today' here

"I love the way she is dressed today" is correct since we're talking about "Today" "I love the way she dresses" means :I like her usual outfits, not only today's. "I loved the way she dressed yesterday" Or "I loved the way she was dressed yesterday" would be correct if we were talking about the past.

"I love the way she dressed today" -past simple (this implies a completed past time, so she dressed well on this particular occasion but maybe she doesn't always dress so well) "I love the way she dresses today" - present simple (this would be used if you like the way she dresses in general/ all of the time). I agree with Madelyn, I wouldn't use 'today' in this sentence. You just could say: I love the way she dresses. which sentence should I use?

Neither. "I love the way she is dressed today" The 3rd person present of 'be' should be used here.
