yes, of course!!i Because, my country is Japan. I think What Japan is safe is common knowledge whole of the world. Basically, you can walk around anywhere, anytime even at midnight. Further more, you can sleep on the train, and if you leave your bag and wallet on the table at cafe, it's no problem. so I mean In Japan, there are few stealing and pickpocket,however I can't say that these don't definitely happen. so Take care too relaxing. that's all.
