Hi,
Is there any way that you can look back at a completed lesson to look at and revise the things that were covered?

Hello!
I believe that teachers should provide easy access to the materials they covered in class. When I use Italki classroom, all the words and expressions are saved in the chat for students to read anytime. When I use Zoom, I like to copy the chat when the class is over and send it via Italki messages to make sure that the students will still be able to access the materials after the class, since Zoom chats disappear when eerybody hangs up. I also recommend having pen and paper to write everything during the lesson im your own words.
However, if you don't use Italki classroom and you want to save the chat, I recommend you to copy it somewhere before the class is over or ask your teacher to send it to you. As teachers, we are always happy to help. 😊

Sometimes I take notes of the new words we are using, otherwise I request that a list of new words/mistakes be sent to me. That happens now- having a list sent to me after the lesson. Otherwise the teacher writes simultaneously on a shared GoogleDocs so you can read and understand visually the spelling/correlation, etc of the new words.
We usually have Skype in a small window, and G'Docs in the background (toggling it), and an online textbook we are following.
In one way the teacher is there to serve you, so you find a way that suits you both. Occasionally during a lesson I will 'copy and paste' the new word into an online translator, so that I can understand it faster and use it within the remaining minutes of the lesson. Having it written down helps enormously.

It depends on your teacher's approach.
I use the Skype chat box for notes and documents. It is easy for me and for my students to review previous material and to continue from where we stopped.
Some other teachers use Google docs in a similar manner.
