It was a beautiful day today, perfect for hanging out. After school, I quickly finished my homework and got ready to go out. I was expecting a costume parade. I still remember being scared to cry out loud at one of these parades a few years ago. But now I enjoy them. Dad used to have a Batman costume. Can you imagine a Batman with a beer belly bulge wearing flip-flops? It's hilarious! Unfortunately, I haven't had time to prepare a costume, and I'm too old to go trick-or-treating. I guess I'll just be a spectator this year.
