Special thanks to Paula, this is my correction : I love Muay Thai Boxing, which is one of my favourite things to do at least three times per week. Each class is 75 minutes long. Muay Thai is a striking art that utilizes attacks from the fists, elbows, knees, and feet. Strikes can be thrown from long, mid, or close range. There is also an element of grappling in muay thai referred to as the clinch. Since the sport requires that practitioners possess a large number of athletic abilities, the benefits that accompany learning muay Thai are numerous. I have played many sports before and none of them have come close to delivering the cardiovascular conditioning that muay Thai offers. Every muscle in my lower body will benefit from practicing the various kicks and footwork drills incorporated in this sport. Your Core refers to your abdominal muscles and drives strength and conditioning professionals crazy. Every single muscle located on my trunk has not yet appeared as a "six-pack". Getting punched in the body will also help a little. Striking, defensive movements, and clinching will all help to develop a strong core. No one knows when can we go back to the gym. Because of the pandemic, I haven't exercised for more than three months and I also stopped the Muay Thai exercises at least 6 months ago. I am sad.
