가득하다 = be full of (something). 바구니에 꽃이 가득하다 (or 가득(히) 들어있다) = The basket is full of flowers.
가득차다 = become full of / filled with (something). 양동이에 물이 가득 찼다 = The pale got filled with water.
가득 채우다 = fill (something) with water. 양동이에 물을 가득 채웠다 = Filled the pale with water.
(채우다 is the causative form of 차다, to be filled)

가득 = adverb describing a container being full. 가득 채워 = fill (all the way).
가득 가득 = emphasized form of 가득. 가득 가득 채워 = fill all the way to the brim.
가득히 = same as 가득. 가득히 came (a case of -히 form adverb losing 히 over time).

살며시 = gently so as not to disturb or draw attention. 살며시 나의 손을 잡았다.
천천히 = slowly. 그는 천천히 걷기 시작했다 = He started walking slowly.
조금씩 = gradually (emphasizes little by little). 경기는 조금씩 나아지고 있다 = The economy is improving little by little.
점점 = gradually (emphasizes the steady pace). 경기는 점점 나아지고 있다 = The economy is gradually/steadily improving.
