I grew up eating rice. Rice is stable food of my place. People here eat rice in every meal. Without rice it is incomplete for us. So I love to eat rice as its make our health strong. My favourite food to eat is rice. Wherever I go I prefer eating rice. As far as I concern rice is good for health as well.

I grew up eating rice, which is a staple where I am from. People here eat rice with every meal, and without it, the meal seems incomplete to us. In fact, my favourite food to eat is rice, and I also love to eat it as it is good for our health as well. Wherever I am, if I have the choice, I prefer eating rice. As far as I am concerned, eating rice will keep me healthy and strong.

Hi, Kupuvi. Good job! The term “staple food” is not incorrect, but it is somewhat redundant, as “staple” means the predominant food eaten in a country be it rice, corn, bread, beans, etc. By moving and modifying “makes our health strong” to the end, you now have a concluding statement that sums up everything before it, instead of being somewhat repetitive as in your original. Finally, use a comma instead of a period after “...to do that” to make a full sentence. As always, I hope that this helps you.
