My average work day starts at 8:30. I drive to work and upon arriving to the office, I snack and drink some coffee. I work until lunch time and then after lunch, me and my colleagues take a walk. By the end of lunch, we're back in the office finishing up our work. During this time we also snack and drink coffee too. At 17:30 I leave work to either go straight home, pick up my wife from her job and then we'll go home together, or I'll sometimes just go to the gym. At home, I have dinner with the family and talk about our day.
