It might happened since 26th Oct. In the morning we had found that everyone can’t get out of their neighborhood even if they need to purchase food and the necessaries of life. The local government sealed off the neighborhood I am living in, no one can leave away, and everyone was forced to take a nucleic acid test. What happened? You might not believe Covid-19 caused that, the 2022’s Omikjon virus caused that. Actually because of the zero-Covid policy of China. I don’t have a chance to change life because every day is similar, to take a nucleic test then stay home, to take a nucleic test then stay home, so on. Every day’s life looks like in a concentration camp. Today is 1st Nov. I have to stop thinking of the free air of the past, go to take a nucleic test in order to purchase some delivery food. Bye for now.

Hello Yung-gang Wu. I understand your feelings. I am so sorry you feel this way. I hope you will feel better soon! You can meanwhile learn a language and focus on positive things. I see your heart wants to share your story. And besides that, your English is very good. You are a strong person and it is amazing that you were able to learn a language so well! I think it is very important to share your feelings, but I think you will find enough strength to focus on positive things and maybe pick up a new language on Italki ;) or continue learning the one you like. :) Good luck and stay safe!

It might have happened on the 26th of Oct. It must have happened on the 26th of October (as an option). In the morning we found out that everyone can’t get out of their neighborhood even if they need to purchase food and the basic necessities. The local government sealed off the neighborhood I am living in, no one can leave, and everyone was forced to take a nucleic acid test. What happened? / What was happening? You might not believe in it, but Covid-19 caused that, the 2022’s Omikron virus caused that. Actually the reason is the zero-Covid policy of China. (I hope it is okay to say this, but Italki does not really welcome political discussions, I am sorry, I hope it is okay to mention this). I don’t have a chance to change life because every day is the same, taking a nucleic test then staiyng home, taking a nucleic test, then staying home, and so on. Every day’s life feels like a day in a concentration camp. Today is the 1st of Nov. Yung-gang Wu, I hope you will feel better and I hope everything will be good. I understand you because we all have difficult moments some day or another. I see you are a strong and good person, so I believe you will have enough strength in your soul to find a solution for this time. Maybe it is a sign from the Universe to focus on something else. Anyway I understand your feelings, I understand how hard it is for you, and I think you will find a way to manage this. Maybe you can think of something really important that you didn't have time for. I hope my words will let you feel better. I had a similar experience because I remember I was sick and I had to spend a long time at home. I didn't feel maybe so happy about it, but I think this was a very strong moment that changed my life. I recommend the book of Eckhart Tolle 'the Power of Now' because he describes there a similar experience and how it changed his life and made him feel better. Please, stay safe.
