Yo diría que el sol está fuera y las cosas mejorarán, pero está lloviendo hoy.
Además las preocupaciones que están en fondo de mi mente son ahora demasiado grandes para ignorarlas.
Ahora solo espero que ninguna de mis preocupaciones se haga realidad.
( I would say the sun is out and everything will get better but currently its raining today.
Besides the worries that are in the back of my mind are too big to ignore.
Now I hope that none of my worries come true).

Además las preocupaciones que están en el fondo de mi mente son ahora demasiado
grandes para ignorarlas. Ahora solo espero que ninguna de mis preocupaciones se

Muy bien! Solo unos detalles en la traducción para que no sea tan literal y suene más natural en el idioma. Espero que salga el sol para ti que todo esté bien.
