Second, companies should pay attention to their workers. For example, long working hours have recently become a big problem. It is not good for workers to work for a long time because they can get a health problem from working long hours. I think that companies have to consider the health of their workers to protect their health. Therefore, I think that companies need to improve the way they treat their workers because companies need to give the same chance to men and women and give full consideration to the health of workers.
