How to negotiate salary? How should I RESPOND IN THIS situation 1 They OFFER me lower than what I expect, how should I responD? I appreciate the offer however the salary is lower than I was expecting is there room for negotiation? 2 They pomise THERE will be raise in the future. I am confident I will exceed your expectations and earn my future pay raises, would you be willing to include a pay raise to $##.## when I complete my 3 month probationary period. 3 They offer some benefits to attract me, I am interested in. The benefit package is attractive and I appreciate that it is part of my compensation package. 4 I compromise with what they offer, But I want to add something else FOR myself, how should I say? I am grateful for the opportunity and am excited about your your job offer, but I need to discuss when I can expect my first raise as the wage is lower than I was hoping for. 5 I compromise a bit, I want to meet in the middle to get the job. I am willing to be flexible as I genuinely would like to accept this position, do you have any flexibility in (whatever you want them to negotiate on) 6 i try to persuade them I worth that price, how should I say? Considering my # years of experience in (****) and my history of (***) I know you won’t be disappointed in my performance and you’ll get a great return on your investment in me for the slightly higher starting salary. Good luck ☘️

Never trust a company to give you more money later. If they were gonna give it to you, they would do it now. Its part of the game.
