Currently, I’m working as an accountant in a small company. As the accountant, I have to review contracts carefully, and process many invoices for payments every day. At each month-end, my colleagues and I, in the Accounting department need to perform reconciliations for accounts until midnight. The problem is that there is no overtine pay for us.
