I’d tried eating meat only for a month but I had to add some vegetables, fruit and rice or potatoes all that in small proportion almost nothing and I have to say that I just lose weight but I couldn’t go any further right now meat is important in my diet I’d say 40 percent of what I eat.

I have tried eating meat only for a month but I had to add some vegetables, fruit and rice or potatoes. All this was in small proportion, almost nothing and I have to say that I was losing weight but I couldn’t go any further. Right now meat is important in my diet I’d say 40 percent of what I eat.

A fair attempt but add a bit more information on the topic.
