We normally just say eat or drink if you want to describe the action, for example, "Be careful drinking that coffee because it's very hot." Middle East is the name of a region, so we need to put capital letters. I would possibly use it as an adjective here - a famous, Middle Eastern dessert. "An" Arabic country - "the" would be for a specific one. Basbosa is made with semolina, isn't it? What other things are in it? It looks fantastic in the photo. Keep practicing. Simón.
