Hello Zanko. I really like the idea of what you were communicating in your recent post comparing Spanish with Kurdish. My name is Paul. I am an advanced level Spanish speaker. I learn and speak castellano - the Spanish from Spain and take classes with a native Spanish teacher here on Italki. I felt the need to clarify something important. There is more than just a difference in accents between the Spanish spoken in Spain, México and South America. They use different idioms and other colloquial expressions in Spain compared to those other countries of the world, and some verbs used in Spain like 'coger ' used to mean to catch a train or bus would not be acceptable in México where they would use the verb tomar instead. 😉 I hope this helps you. 😀
