Without doubt, if you visit my town, you must try "tortelli cremaschi". I live in the North of Italy, my village's name is Crema and our topical dish is it. They're tortellini stuffed with a sweet ingredients: amaretto biscuit minced, raisin, mint, candied fruit crumbled, egg, bread crumbs, cheese grana padano.
