When I feel badly, tired and want to give up I think that it's won't be better to do it now. I can give myself a rest, I can do nothing about 3-4 days or some more. And then I feel myself better. Sometimes I need to change the area and go to another town. I know that my little steps are better then nothing.

When I feel bad, tired and want to give up I think that it's better not to do anything now. I can give myself a rest, I can do nothing for about 3-4 days or even longer. And then I feel better. Sometimes I need to change my location (the area I’m in) and go to another town. I know that my little steps are better than nothing.
