It was drizzling earlier today. Dad and I hit the gym after lunch and did over an hour on the treadmill. Later, MeeMaw and Mom met us there — what a sporty family! My aunt invited us out for dinner. It was the Tamale Festival, so everywhere was packed, and all the crowds were making me a bit anxious. We didn’t go for our usual stroll after dinner, and just headed straight home. We’ll probably just stay home tomorrow given that all the bad traffic and huge crowds. Also, I’m not really into sticky tamales either.
