In a sauce pan, pour two teaspoons of olive oil. Add 800 grams of rabbit meat. Brown the rabbit meat and with tongs take it out.
Roughly chop an onion and add it to a sauce pan, add some garlic and one carrot. Add the cooked rabbit meat and some salt and pepper. Add some red wine. Mix everything with a wooden spoon. Add some Worcestershire sauce and tomato paste with a spoon. Add sugar, oregano, beef stock, tomato pulp, bay leaves and simmer everything for 45 minutes. Add potatoes and frozen peas. Mix everything with a wooden spoon and cover the sauce pan. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Add the finished product to some tagliatelle. Bon appetit !
