I don’t have any plans for this weekend because here in Wales we are in lockdown for two weeks, I feel so sad for that because I like to spend time out with my family.

for two weeks, I feel so sad about this because I like to spend time out with my
family.
In the last sentence you could say 'I like to spend time with my family' or 'I like to spend time OUTSIDE (?) with my family'
