[Lee Yeon-hee left SM Entertainment to join VAST] Actor Lee Yeon-hee has left SM Entertainment, the label she had resided on for the last 19 years, to join VAST Entertainment.  The actor has signed an exclusive contract with her new agency, VAST announced Nov. 30. "We will support Mrs. Lee unsparingly so that she can show off her various charms throughout her acting career,” said the agency. Lee Yeon-hee won first prize for the 2nd SM Youth Best Contest 2001 and debuted in 2004 by starring in the Korean drama “Emperor of the Sea.” Since then, she has acted in various dramas and movies such as “East of Eden,” “Phantom,” “Miss Korea” and “A Millionaire’s First Love.”  The Korean star is currently set to return with a new romantic comedy movie called “New Year Blues” next month. VAST Entertainment also represents Korean actors such as Hyun Bin, Lee Jae-wook, Shin Do-hyun and Stephanie Lee.
