Hi! What this expression means "Hook it up!" ?

It would help to know the context. Here are two I can think of:
1. To hook up an electrical device. You would hook it (a monitor) up to the computer for example.
2. "Hook me up!" makes more sense with the exclamation mark. You might say that to a friend who just got tickets or knows someone who can get you tickets (or a product, or an invitation) - so you would say "hook me up" to say "introduce me to that person so I can also get tickets/ get the deal/ get an invite
Hopefully that helps.
There are dating situations where you'd say "hook up" but that doesn't seem like what you're asking.
