But as far as I can judge the usual Russian breakfast consists from.. it is called toast ( the mixture of eggs, milk or water and salt covering slices of bread and fried) with tea or coffee ( I prefer to add milk in tea)

In English such egg fried bread slice is called a 'French toast'.
