Hi everyone,I am a Chinese people ,I want (an English Native speaker) ,I hope that I can have a lot of interaction with you in terms of oral English,but I need to work from 09:00 -18:00 from Monday to Friday ,I usually get home at about 7pm ,another 1 hour will be spent dinner or cooking ,I am usually free from 8 pm. Of course ,I am also free on Saturday and Sunday,

Aaron, just a bit of correction, only in the first thing... you would say "...., I'm Chinese."
"People" is plural so you are a Chinese "person," but the word person is not needed it's superfluous (extra.)
So your first sentence would read..."Hi everyone, I'm Chinese and I'm looking for an English Native speaker to..."

In English we tend to connect sentences with full stops (periods). Not like in Chinese where commas seem to do the job, most of the time.
You seem to mix these in your message.
another hour - better without the "1".
another hour will be spent on dinner or cooking - not so natural, but not incorrect.
