"People" is plural so you are a Chinese "person," but the word person is not needed it's superfluous (extra.) So your first sentence would read..."Hi everyone, I'm Chinese and I'm looking for an English Native speaker to..."

So, since the others are giving you corrections. . Hi everyone. I am Chinese. Hi everyone. I am a Chinese guy. In English we tend to connect sentences with full stops (periods). Not like in Chinese where commas seem to do the job, most of the time. You seem to mix these in your message. another hour - better without the "1". another hour will be spent on dinner or cooking - not so natural, but not incorrect. Enjoy.
