Yeah, It is hard to think about something to solve my problems actually but I may be lazy to read it.

I had ever tried thinking up by myself but I found it is really hard.

If I lose the thread of my thoughts, my mind gets overwhelmed. The solution I found is to try and get as much done as I can during quiet times.
