how do you think about "yakult"?
how do oyu think about Yakult?is it good for health or not?how about it's&nbsp;ingredients?why do you think ?

Well, i don't feel any difference drinking it but it tastes good :)&nbsp;

I has lactobacillus casei which might bee good for the gut, but even though the manufacturers claim it's been proven, it isn't.&nbsp;On the other hand, there is way too much sugar in it to be considered "good for health". There's more sugar per liter than soda. Also, it's got milk powder, which is great for baby cows but horrible for adult humans. Ryoko has the right idea - drink a coconut.

hi, I think Yakult can be good for your health, if you take it in right amount. it contains some good bacteria for your stomach,or vowel. but it also contains some sugar. so if you take it too much, that means you take some extra calories from it. everything has to be in balance.&nbsp;
