Japanese fundamentals for beginners

Konichiwa Ohayo!

I just started learning Japanese last week and so you can expect I am at the beginner stage. I do not know how to read Japanese characters yet and can only read using roman letters for now.

What I would like to know are the common fundamental phrases used in everyday Japanese conversation to serve as building blocks for me to be able to construct my sentences. Can anyone help me out please?

The phrases I would like to know in Japanese are:

                       1)I would like....water, beer,etc.
                       2)Would you like....water, beer, etc.
3)Would you like to... dance, eat, etc.?
                       4) Are you....happy,sad, etc?
                       5)Where are you from?
6)What (hobbies, art, movies, etc.) do you like?
                       7)I am.... happy, sad, etc.
                       8)I like ... movies, singing, coffee.etc.

                       9)Yes I agree
                       10)No I disagree
11)How are... you? Your parents?sister, brother, wife, husband etc.

*If I am correct number 11 can be translated to Goryoshin, shimai, kyodai, etc. wa ogenki desu ka?

                       12) I do not like... movies, singing, apples, whatever, etc.

                       13) Great, good, sad... to hear/know that.

                       14) How was your day, week, month?

For now these phrases are what I would like to work on. Hoping someone can help me! By the way, if you are a Japanese speaker who wants to learn English or Tagalog, I am looking for a language partner. Let me know and we can help each other out! :-) Arigatou! Osakinishitsurei shimasu! Odaijini! Jikan ga attara itsu demo renraku o toriaimashou :-)

To my understanding, Odaijini is really only used when the recipient is ill.

Hi, dear

I could be wrong, but still wanna ask you - wouldn't it be better to start learning from actually hiragana/katakana?

I mean, you have been learning japanese for a week and already want to make a sentences don't even thinking about grammar, keigo, and other important things.

Just learning by heart all that phrases will not help you to speak properly

never

but there is a lot of good textbooks

for example, try to start from minna no nihongo or にほんごチャレンジN5, and after 3-4 lessons you will be able generate all phrases you wanted to know in that post by yourself

Maybe I'm wrong, but “watashi to dansu shite kudasai" sounds a bit rude, and maybe is better to say something like "watashi to dansu shite kuremasen ka".

Anyway, that is not important. I think the way you are facing the Japanese is plainly wrong, and that you won't be able to learn it effectively. Sorry, that was a bit rude, but it is better to warn you. If you can not get a teacher who guides you, it is better to get a book for beginners and follow the instructions in it.
