In August, Starbucks directs baristas in the southeastern United States to e-mail a coupon for a
free iced coffee to friends and family members. However, e-mail knows no geographic
boundaries and, worse, can be printed repeatedly.
After the e-mail spreads to every corner of the country and is reproduced, Starbucks pulled back
the offer. Resultantly, a dissatisfied customer named Kelly Coakley filed a $114 million classaction lawsuit against the company.
Q: Place yourself in decision maker at Starbucks; how would you make a better decision to avoid the situation stated above.
Perhaps you should give it a try yourself and then ask for corrections instead of asking strangers to do your assignment for you.
If you don't understand what you're being asked to do, then ask for clarification, either here or from your teacher.
I would specify locations and dates.
