-Include the foreign vocabulary into your daily routine.Set your cell phone, facebook and computer to another language for you to practice.
-Watch movies with original sound and subtitles for you to get used to the language you are learning and develop your listening skills.
-Listen to music and check the lyrics for you to develop your reading skills.
-Chat with foreign people to improve your fluency.
-Do some interactive exercises and games on-line.
-Read a foreign book for you to acquire more vocabulary

With regard to having many native languages, my family has descendents from several countries, that's why it became easier for me. Obviously it also requires much effort in practicing and developing the language skills in order to be always updated. But when you feel passionate about your job, you end up learning faster.
