Is there a phrase like 'thank you Captain Obvious' or 'No shit, Sherlock' in Spanish?
Like a sarcastic phrase you would use if someone says something exceedingly obvious - what would a Spanish equivalent be?

In Spain, we use this question instead:" ¿Me lo dices o me lo cuentas?

In México, when somebody says something obvious we replay "¡No me digas!" a lot. We also have "¿A poco?" which is a strange way to ask "really?"

"¡No me digas!"
"¡No jodas!" You have to say them in a sarcastic way of course. The second one is more colloquial and kind of rude. And a sarcastic "gracias" works almost everywhere
you can also say "no me digas/jodas/gracias, Sherlock/capitán Obvio" . They have become popular lately.
Actually you can be very creative when being sarcastic XD

My friend tells me, "no me digas, pendeja" when I point out something obvious. Roughly translates to, "you don't say, asshole"
