Recibir es el verbo.
Puedes recibir algo o a alguien . Por ejemplo, ayer recibí el pedido que hice a Amazon.
Recibimiento es el hecho.
Por ejemplo, ayer me hicieron un gran recibimiento (me recibieron) en el aeropuerto, cuando volví de viaje.
