What is paltalk? And is it super beginner friendly?

I would love to join!  Is this for all levels?  I am not a complete beginner but close.  Just learning kanji but know hiragana and katakana.

Hi guys. Paltalk is similar to skype but it works better for study purposes. It allows people to speak and write  while others listen. Dont worry if you are a beginner. We can all help eachother.
