I use OBS. But it is recommended to put some time in a tutorial. Was a little bit confusing at first. I tried others which didn' t work on my pc. This one is running on my win10 4 GB 10 year old pc.

Basically, both video and audio recording programs are paid, but I can suggest you great and free program for audio recording - MP3 Skype Recorder. It's easy to install and use.
