Quand est ce que cela te conviendrait le mieux ?
Quel (le) jour / mois / période te conviendrait le mieux ?
La deuxième forme est beaucoup plus courant dans les conversations

Oui on peut dire ça, mais c'est bien de précisé la situation dans laquelle vous etes, car dèfois il ne s'agit pas d'une tradiction mot par mot.
