Listening to ASMR videos help me when I'm stressed. In the daytime, walking in the woods help a lot. Studies attest to the value of both. ASMR videos help regulate stress and bolsters attention. You can find these videos on Youtube. My favorite ASMR artist is a woman by the name of Tingting. She has 264T subscribers and her videos are very relaxing and creative. Also, I would like mention the need for sleep and healthy eating. Eat well, sleep well, enjoy nature, and read books. Hang out with friends and take time for yourself. Enjoy life and your mood will enhance. Hope this helps.

Take a deep breath, drink a glass of water, call a close person and talk to him/her about the cause that made you in a bad mood.
Lastly, be sure that this state is temporary and soon your mood will change.
