Just try.

What is the worst thing that can happen? If someone doesn't understand then just laugh... it's not serious.

Sometimes people are not pacient with learners. It's best to ignore them. They have probably never tried to learn another language.

Be brave and keep going.

Remember this important point: if someone were trying to talk to you in your language, you would be patient and understanding, as well as wanting to help, right? That's how most native English speakers will be when you try to talk to them. It's the same thing. And since you will mispronounce words and not always get the grammar correct, they will understand, just as you would understand...right? Right!

So take every opportunity you have to talk: in the stores, in a cafe house, at the gas station. Even if all you can say is "Hi. I'm learning English. Could you answer a question for me?" (assuming you have a question). It will lead into more and more conversation.

Good luck,

Keith

Believe in yourself. Try to be confident to speak it out. You can practice with a mirror, imitate a native speaker, listen to english, build up your vocabulary. The more you practice, the more confidence you will get. Imagine, you are in an english speaking country. If you need something and are afraid to say it in english, nobody will know what you want. If you say something, even though your pronunciation isnt perfect, they can still try to figure it out and know what you want, how to help you.

Making mistakes is just a normal thing and an important part of the learning process. It helps you get better. You are just a foreigner learning english. It's ok and pretty normal when you mispronounce something. Everybody does it when they learn a foreign language.  Just correct it when u know it's wrong, you will improve your English.
