Guys thank you so much for the feedback, I´m looking forward to trying all those plates when I visit your countries. My favorite dish from Colombia is called 'Arepa rellena' Go ahead and google it. It's a crunchy corn flour patty stuffed with all the things you can imagine, from shredded chicken, to grounded beef, bacon, ripe plantains and melted mozzarella cheese on top. Yum!
