i've lost money from my account
Hi everyone! I'm new here. I have lost money from my account on italki. In support, no one answers. Someone faced such a problem? thanks for the help

I'm sorry this happened to you. I hope you get your money back soon. I just wanted to let you know that it takes about 24 hours for the italki team to get back to you. I've written to them a few times and I always get a reply - but I usually have to wait until the next day. Hope it helps.
