Instead of the word "родной", which in Russian more accords to the word "natal", you'd better to say "носитель": "Я ищу носителя русского языка". The verbatim translation of the English phrase "the native Russian speaker" would be too ponderous. And, in addition, instead of the words "итальянский - русский" you'd better to say "итало-русский ..." or "итальянско-русский обмен". All the rest your sentences are right.
