In my opinion, it`s better to practice a bit (15-20 minutes), but every day. The activities can be very different: speaking to other people, listening to music, reading, doing exercises for grammar and vocabulary.

I probably spend more time reading and watching videos on "how to study a language" than actually studying the languages I am interested in.

i practice about four hours a day, because i'm addicted to english language! i love english! <3

I try to study 30 minutes per day, for instance by writing a text but on some days I don’t even manage to do that. Sometimes I record myself. The other day I made a 20 minute video of me speaking in Spanish. Sometimes I read newspaper articles in my target language or chat with friends. Or I listen to podcasts while I clean or cook.
