I've tried acupuncture, ayuverda and homeopathy to help my body heal from injuries and recover from illness. I regularly practice yoga as a complementary body therapy. I have also seen people practice tai chi, but I've never tried myself. In South Africa many alternative therapies have become quite popular. I don't prefer one over the other, as I like to stay open-minded and try different things.
