Are we a Body with a mind or a Mind with a body??

I don't think the question has any final answer. However, I will give the best answer I have.

It is possible to have a body without a mind.

A worm has a body without a mind. A tree has a body without a mind.

A "dead body" is a body without a mind.

I have never encountered a mind without a body. I don't think minds without bodies exist.

For that reason, I think bodies are more fundamental than minds. Bodies have minds. I don't think minds "have" bodies.

So, I think that I am "a body with a mind."

Certainly something to think about! However, without your mind your body wouldn't function.

I like the idea that we r mind with body. Have u heard about green house ideas in architecture? It is smth like trees that are on our houses all over the wall. Than I have read another topic like the people's appearance change in the next 100 years. briefly we look like the ancient people living in caves. So now try to make a line between these 2 things - slouching people in modern caves. doesn't it remind you those ones thousands years' ago? who can guarantee that they had not conscious higher than ours'? I got also the 2nd versoin. What people will look like with this tension of ecologic damage in 200 years? what is our body changes but the mind, feeling and dreams stay with us?   won't name yourself "humanity" any longer? or do you think you have got more right to life for the survival through the catastrophe?

We are neither. We are energetic-spiritual beings LIVING A HUMAN EXPERIENCE. We all have an energy field (aura), and it's connected to every plant, animal, and human on this planet. The body and the mind will perish eventually (in this life); however, the soul is eternal through many human incarnations that we live in order to learn soul lessons.
