I don’t have an opinion on the brand, but apparently it’s important not to use talcum for women, particularly when very young. It’s been discovered as a cause of increased risk of uterine (or ovarian, I don’t recall) cancer

J&J is what we get, use and trust here. Very necessary in our tropical climate. In fact, we switched over 100% to that for everyone when Junior was still a toddler and continue doing the same a quarter century later. I'm not familiar with the CP product, not even sure if it's marketed here. But I do know the German Penaten, which is also J&J owned. We used those extensively for Junior the same quarter century ago and they are also very good.

Som is banned again.

Thanks for your answer, Som! Here in Central America, Mennen is very popular. Also, it appears some powders are still made of actual talcum, while others are now made of cornstarch. Not sure how good an idea that one is in hot climates. J&J is definitely the trusted name in the USA.
